RYAN WHITE PROGRAM HIV/AIDS SERVICES
The John C. Fremont Healthcare District is pleased to offer the following services to individuals in Mariposa County living with HIV/AIDS:
• Outpatient medical services in a confidential
and supportive environment
• Case Management and Referral Services
• Client Advocacy Services
• Home Health Services
• Hospice Care
• Nutrition Services
• Mental Health and Counseling Services
• Education and Risk Reduction Services
• Dental Services
Our clients also offer a support group and an advisory group that provides direction for our program.
