Fremont Family Physicians

Providing Medical Care for You and Your Family
While no one wants to get sick or injured, it happens. When it does look to Fremont Family Physicians. Staying healthy through preventative care, look to us.

In 1981 our general practice clinic was established to serve the medical needs of our community. In 1992, we received Rural Health Clinic designation. Through the years our clinic has evolved to become a state of the art medical provider for general family care as well as a host of specialty clinics.

Family Practice Staff
Our caring staff is here to help. We'll get to know each other, which makes the care of your health needs a much nicer process. With several doctors and mid-levels available at the Clinic, you should be able to see the same doctor or Physician's Assistant or Nurse Practioner each time you come to visit us. For information about our Medical Providers, click-on Our Doctors.

Because our Clinic is associated with the Hospital, we have the benefit of immediate access to laboratory services, imaging services, cardiopulmonary services, emergency services, acute care and excellent Hospital staff should you require it. This is a very real benefit in the event of an emergency or serious illness.

Specialists Available at Fremont Specialty Physicians
