Hospital Foundation Grant Program
The JCF Hospital Foundation offers a competitive grant program for eligible applicants. These are three funding areas, Hospital Improvement, Scholarships, and Community Education. See the Funding Guidelines, and a Grant Application accessible below.
 Grant Funding Guidelines
General Application (for Hospital and Community Projects). This form can be downloaded for you to type, save on your computer and email to the Foundation.
Scholarship Application (for continuing education and college/vocational awards). This form can be downloaded for you to type, save on your computer and email to the Foundation.
