Alan MacPhee, CEO
Mr. MacPhee joined John C Fremont Healthcare District on July 29, 2013, first as the Interim Chief Executive Officer. In October 2013, he accepted the position of Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. MacPhee has extensive executive experience in hospital finacial and operational management with a proven track record of successfully managing organizations, especially during periods of instability.
He attained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire, in Durham, New Hampshire. He has a Certificate in Managed Care from the Healthcare Financial Managers Association, and previously held Licensed Nursing Home Administrator certification.
His previous experience has been in positions as CFO and COO in both small (12-bed) and large (344-bed) facilities. Many which were designated as rural facilities, similar to JCFHD.
